Steve Szubinski is President of PCA Technology Group. He significantly contributes to the leadership strategy, financial oversight, motivation, productivity, company-wide initiatives, and ultimately the overall success of PCA. In addition, he is responsible for maintaining all relationships with existing clients, cultivating and securing new business, and providing various aspects of public relations for PCA on an ongoing basis. He feels that it’s essential to have the personal integrity and ethics to always do the right thing. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, extended family, and giving back by volunteering on various committees.
Wayne Nelligan is the Co-Founder and Chief Software Architect at PCA Technology Group. He drives the technology vision and all subsequent implementation. He leads initiatives to identify and capitalize on emerging technologies and has a passion in architecting mission critical software solutions to ensure all clients’ IT strategies are aligned with their business goals. He loves reading about latest innovations, and donating time and resources to various charities and international travel.
Mike Olfano is the Chief Executive Officer at PCA Technology Group. He leads the overall management and direction of the company by bringing senior level experience in both the financial and operational areas. He has diverse industry expertise working in electronics, industrial manufacturing, IT, HR, outsourcing, and education. He is passionate about guiding companies to success by developing a vision and helping to translate that vision into reality. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He also loves playing guitar and donating time to assist in the classroom at the University of Buffalo School of Management.
Brian Powell is the Chief Technology Officer at PCA Technology Group. He manages a team of engineers as well as providing input on new and possible future technologies and products. He often assists with cybersecurity and provides technical knowledge to the sales team as well. He is passionate about making sure all clients get the right solution to fit their needs so they don’t need to worry about their backend IT systems and can focus on their business. He enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with family in the outdoors, away from the daily grind.
